Ask the sender to check the transmission report and resend only the bad pages. Faxes with dense graphics can take longer than plain text and may be more sensitive to transmission problems.
You stopped receiving after canceling
The fax number may be tied to the paid receiving plan. Before canceling, check how long the provider keeps the number and whether it can be recovered or moved.
Can you reply from the same iPhone?
